1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and z4444 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the z4444 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other services or features accessible at z4444.app and its subdomains.

By creating an account on z4444, making a deposit, placing a bet, or interacting with any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3 Account Registration and Security

Each registered user may hold only one active z4444 account. Account sharing, account transfer, or the sale of accounts between users is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password.

• You must keep your login credentials strictly private and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify z4444 customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• z4444 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate password security or from sharing your credentials with a third party.
• z4444 reserves the right to close any account found to be operating in violation of these registration rules, including duplicate accounts, without prior notice and without obligation to return any deposited funds pending a compliance review.

All registration data submitted to z4444 is held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to z4444 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of services described in these Terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and any detected third-party deposits will be returned and may trigger an account review.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z4444 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion between players, including but not limited to coordinating bets, sharing cards in live poker variants, or manipulating game outcomes through communication with other players.
• Bonus abuse, including the systematic exploitation of promotional offers through low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with z4444's platform, games, or betting markets.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to deposits made on z4444. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the disputed funds.
• Any act of fraud, money laundering, or using z4444 for any illegal financial activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.

z4444 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated detection systems and manual review. Where prohibited activity is detected, z4444 may freeze account balances, reverse recent transactions, and share relevant information with payment processors or authorities as required by law.
